These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of pejok, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. By registering an account or using any part of the pejok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. pejok is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Players must confirm their age upon registration. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned minus any bonuses claimed.
Each player may hold only one registered account on pejok. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension. All balances — including bonus funds — held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited upon detection.
pejok operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bet amounts are denominated in BDT. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select local bank transfers.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completion will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by pejok (hereinafter "the Platform", "pejok", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "the User", "you") expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or features as published on the pejok platform from time to time.
These Terms apply to all users of pejok, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered account holders who actively place bets, play casino games, or transact on the Platform. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using pejok and close any open account.

Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain an account on pejok, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pejok strictly enforces its 18+ policy and may request documentary proof of age at any point. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any deposits returned, minus bonuses claimed.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your country and region of residence.
- Single Account: You may only hold one active account on pejok. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate Information: All personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must notify pejok promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting [email protected].
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on pejok or any other gambling platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
- Not Acting on Behalf of Others: You must be registering and playing exclusively on your own behalf, using your own funds. Third-party account registration and play-for-hire services are strictly prohibited.
pejok reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pejok's compliance team within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Account Obligations
Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pejok account. The following obligations apply to all registered account holders and must be maintained at all times:
- Password Security: You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. pejok staff will never ask for your password — any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

- Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members. pejok reserves the right to void any bets or winnings where third-party account access is suspected.
- Up-to-Date Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered name, address, email address, and mobile banking details accurate and current. Inaccurate account details may delay withdrawal processing.
- Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device(s) used to access pejok. pejok accepts no liability for losses resulting from malware, keyloggers, or other security vulnerabilities on your personal device.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pejok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pejok supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient and secure access to funds for players across Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and Cox's Bazar.
Deposits: Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad) are typically credited to your pejok account within 5 minutes. pejok does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Before your first withdrawal is approved, pejok's compliance team will conduct a standard identity verification check.
- Own Funds Requirement: You may only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and are free from any criminal origin. pejok operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls and will report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Withdrawal Verification: pejok reserves the right to request identity documents (national ID card, passport, utility bill, or mobile banking statement) before processing any withdrawal. This is standard KYC procedure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing.
- No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pejok will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempted third-party transactions may result in account suspension.
- Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit via your payment provider constitutes fraud. pejok reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of funds in such cases.
Bonuses and Promotions
pejok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless superseded by specific offer terms published alongside individual promotions.
- One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount and must be met using real-money bets. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, certain low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering completion.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days) will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
- Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active and outstanding wagering requirements remain, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is ৳500 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money deposits are generally withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC verification, though this may affect bonus validity — please review the specific promotion terms before withdrawing.
- Abuse and Misuse: pejok reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback any bonus in cases where it suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than use them in the spirit intended. Decisions made by pejok in such matters are final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pejok platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your account.
- Money Laundering: Using pejok as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. pejok cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games or sports betting to obtain an unfair advantage, share winnings from exploited promotions, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written approval from pejok.
- Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, probe, disrupt, or manipulate pejok's systems, servers, databases, APIs, or game software in any unauthorised manner. This includes SQL injection, DDoS attacks, and reverse engineering of game algorithms.
- Minors Gambling: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the pejok platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing your login credentials with a minor.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate deposits made to your pejok account.
pejok employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all activity on the platform in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, pejok reserves the right to suspend access, freeze account funds, and conduct a full investigation before any action is taken or communicated to the account holder.
Account Suspension and Closure
pejok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- At the account holder's own request — either as a voluntary closure or as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
- Extended inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee or closure at pejok's discretion.
If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon closure for breach of Terms.
Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your pejok account voluntarily, or if you feel that gambling is becoming a problem and wish to self-exclude, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and — once applied — cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period requested. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pejok, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pejok platform, including but not limited to:
- Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses on bets placed legitimately in accordance with game rules.
- Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the pejok service due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond pejok's reasonable control.
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by software bugs — in such cases, pejok will investigate and apply a fair resolution based on available game logs.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.
pejok's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and pejok with respect to your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. pejok's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
